The Sculpture Should Be Designed As Per The Details Given By The Consultant And Team Of Experts. The Sculpture To Be Placed In The Historic Premises Of Hutatma Rajguru Birth Place, It Can Be Painted In Monochrome, Bronze Or Multicolored As Per Design. The Sketch Design And A Miniature Model Of Sculpture Will Be Approved First To Be Provided By The Experience Artist. The Sculpture Should Be Durable In Exterior, Expressive, Structurally Stable, Material Wise Aesthetic And Should Be Symbol Of Freedom Fighters Who Gave Their Life For The Nation
